Estimately 70 million people visited the Shanghai Expo 2010. Haibao, a simple blue cartoon character, is the mascot of the Expo. He appeared everywhere in the city during the Expo time and symbolized the propaganda of 'harmony' that is maintained by government censorship and media control.
